Blue Oracle

Blue Oracle presents the Egyptian deity in luminous blue tones, isolated against a vibrant orange-yellow ground. With no surrounding foliage or secondary elements, the composition is stripped back to colour, form and symbolic presence.
Through loose, expressive brushwork and bold chromatic contrast, Michael O’Neill creates a work that feels both ancient and immediate — a distilled meditation on language, thought and perception within a contemporary still life language.
